the way is through
through mindfulness
through intuitive attention
through openness
rather than grasping
grasping concepts
grasping ideas
grasping positions
above derived from Sumedho’s Don’t Take Your Life Personally
Grasping, holding on to anything, is a path to suffering,
because the nature of things, of life, is fluidity and constant change.
We can try to keep things from moving, even feel successful for a time
but this is a hopeless task, a death choice.
Rather let us flow in openness to and with constant change.
The way to dealing with every moment,
the way to freedom and contentment in any circumstance,
the way to creating anything,
including a world we want to live in,
is through allowing, accepting the reality of fluidity and change.
Fluidity and change are a fundamental.
what has stopped is dead.
