In conjunction with an insight and mindfulness course, the information gathered is useful to the individual in discussing, very specifically, skillful ways of working with the unique terrain of one's own mind and behaviors. The Birkman MethodŽ combines motivational, behavioral and interest evaluation into one single assessment, which provides a multi-dimensional and comprehensive analysis, thus reducing the need for multiple assessments.
